Providing you with a superior level of service has been our main goal at Just Braggin' Salon since 1989. We use a customer-oriented approach to make certain that you get the beautiful results that you want from your beauty treatments.

Booking & Cancellation Policies


At our salon, it's important to understand that our stylists operate on a commission-based structure. This means that when an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice, 48 hours, our stylists lose the opportunity to earn income during that time slot. 


Your timely cancellations allow us to adjust our schedules accordingly and offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list. By providing ample notice, you help support our stylists' livelihoods and ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all our clients.


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. Thank you for valuing the work of our talented stylists and the services they provide. 


Cancellation Policy:

-      To secure your appointment, a valid credit card must be provided over the phone to our reception team within 30 minutes of booking. Following your appointment confirmation, you will receive a text or email according to your preference. This correspondence will include our salon policies and a link to access our new and existing client form, which must be completed and signed prior to your appointment.

-      If credit card information is not provided 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, your slot will be opened for clients on our waiting list.

-      If your appointment reminder falls on a Sunday or after salon hours and you need to cancel, we ask that you email the salon at Justbragginsalon@yahoo.com.

-      Clients are kindly requested to complete updated client forms annually to ensure that all information remains accurate and current.

 

Confirmation Notifications:

-      We send confirmation messages via text or email 48 hours before your appointment. Make sure your client profile is up to date with your preferred method. Failure to respond by the 48-hour mark will result in your appointment being offered to clients on our waiting list. 

 

Cancellation Fee:

-      Appointments canceled with less than 48-hour notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

-       No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). If a client no-shows two times they will be unable to book any future services at our salon. 

 

Color Corrections:

-      Color correction services are priced at $100+ per hour depending on the stylist used, thickness, length of hair and products used.

-      Consultations are mandatory for booking color correction appointments.

 

Consultation Appointments:

-      At our salon, we extend complimentary consultations to both existing and new clients. As per our cancellation policy outlined above, failure to cancel or reschedule a consultation 48 hour prior to a scheduled appointment will result in a $25.00 flat fee. 

-      Any no-show consultation appointments will result in a $25.00 flat fee. 

 

Other Reminders:

-      We do not allow tips on credit cards, we have an ATM machine in or plaza for your convenience.

Hairstyling Pricing Policy:

Pricing is always approximate until we see and feel your hair and create an action plan based on the inspiration photos you provide your stylist. It is impossible for our stylists to know what services are necessary to give you the desired results until we have seen you in person. 

Stylist used, hair length and thickness will be taken into consideration when pricing because this requires more time and products (color, lightener, solution, and more).


If you have questions or a specific budget in mind we ask that you discuss them with your stylist before any services are rendered. Some inspiration photos and services require more steps and processes to get you to your desired look. Failure to do so could result in higher costs based on the services that are discussed. Guaranteed Services:

We always want you to be satisfied with your services. If you are not satisfied, we ask that you contact us via email to Justbragginsalon@yahoo.com within five days of your appointment so that we may schedule to have your services corrected free of charge, please allow 24-48 hours for a manager to respond. Our salon does not offer refunds for any services rendered only touch ups and tweaks if necessary. If you plan on traveling a longer distance to us, keep this policy in mind, as we may not be the right fit for you. Any issues reported longer than five days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo, but will be assessed on a case by case basis.

 

Products Purchased in Salon:

Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair, we want you to be happy with the products you are using. We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any products within 30 days from purchase, if at least 2/3 of the product is remaining. All special orders are final sale. 


Credit Card Surcharge


A 3% surcharge will be added to all transactions made using a credit card. Please note that this surcharge applies only to credit card transactions. Other forms of payment, such as debit cards, or cash, will not incur this fee.
